Cajun Black Beans

A spicy black bean dish I use as a side to burritos.


Dice the onion and the pepper and saute.

Add 1 table spoon of Cajun Spices and cook for a moment.

Add the tin of black beans, brine and all, and stir well.

Cover and let simmer on a low heat,stirring regular, until thick and mushy.

Mash a bit with the back of a fork and eat straight away.
